Appointments:

Our reception staff are happy to assist you in making an appointment that suits your needs with the doctor of your choice. If the doctor you request is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be offered to you.
Longer appointments are available for complex medical problems or procedures. Please inform the reception staff when booking these appointments so we can ensure adequate time is allocated for you and the doctor.
This clinic does accept ‘walk in’ patients and the reception staff will endeavor to meet the needs of these patients as soon as possible based on our triage system and the availability of doctors at the time.
In the event that these patients cannot be accommodated at the time they present at the clinic our team will offer alternative possibilities to the patient to ensure they are able to access medical advise
